Curbside Deliveries
Please ensure that the items ordered match up with the products received as well as the quantities ordered.
Inspect the packaging and condition of the goods to ensure they are undamaged and if they are please report it as soon as possible.
All deliveries are curbside, once goods have been signed for upon delivery, the stock becomes your responsibility. Any wrong items, defects or specified products that do not match your order, please refuse the delivery and speak to the suppliers.
Failure to do so will result in possibly having to reorder at full cost or a restocking charge if the manufacturer accepts.
A delivery charge of £75 will be applicable on all orders under £499.
- Only unused and unopened products can be returned
- All adhesives screeds, primers and DPM are all non-refundable
- Any product returns will be subject for 30% restocking charge (for more details please call the sales office 0151-832-6700 or email [email protected])
- Re-delivery charges may also apply to returns and collections
- All commercial orders are non-refundable
